In the event we can not complete your custom job request, a FULL refund will be provided with the exception of the following:- if you need a custom template from a third party developer you need to by it yourself and send us the source files to install
- purchase of any mods from this site or any other third-party mod developer
- more terms are available in our agreement which is sent to a client before we begin any customizations
- client requests a refund without a reasonably reason ex. changing requirements from originally submitted project plan.

Our base hourly rate is 25USD. Based on your customization description we estimate how many hours it will take us do complete your request and send you a quote based no that.
We can communicate on skype/yahoo messenger or even share screen view if you want to see changes.
